DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION?
At the moment, we are an online only shop. However, we do make appearances at craft shows throughout Florida.

WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?
We sell handmade soaps, bath scrubs, soy candles, essential oils, body butters, herbal tea baths.

DO YOU SELL LOTIONS AND LIQUID HAND SOAPS?
COMING SOON: we will be adding in liquid hand soaps, as well as body lotions!

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY PROTOCOLS?
Raven Heka is committed to your online security and safety. We take credit card fraud, and any kind of consumer fraud very seriously. We will NEVER use your information for anything but your transaction.

In cases where we are having issues with processing your payment due to reasons such as, but not limited to: billing and shipping address discrepancy, cardholder is purchasing a gift to ship to someone else, etc. we will call the cardholder for verification and a notice for signature will also be mailed to the cardholder's address where the cardholder may be required to sign for the package.

Please not that all payments through PayPal must have a Verified Account and Confirmed address.
• If not a Verified/Confirmed Account with PayPal: you must reply to our phone or email message within 5 business days to confirm and authorize.
• Orders will be canceled if your Account is not verified and Address is not confirmed.

This only takes us away from serving our valued Customers. So, please, if we call you to verify information on a credit card order, it is for your security!
