Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders typically ship the same or next business day excluding weekends and holidays. Please double check your shipping address as this can delay or cause lost packages if incorrect.

USPS SHIPPING
• Orders placed Monday through Thursday are normally shipped within three-four business days. 

• Friday Afternoon and Weekend orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
• USPS Priority Mail takes 2 - 3 business days once the package has left our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE—
1. We are not responsible for packages USPS states as "delivered" and customer states as not delivered. There is no refund from USPS.
2. We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.
3. For your peace of mind, please consider adding in package tracking as well as signed receipt confirmation with USPS.

UPS SHIPPING
• UPS Delivers Monday through Friday; there are no weekend deliveries.
• Ground UPS can take from 3 to 7 Business Days, depending on destination once the package leaves our warehouse.
• UPS Does Not Ship To P.O. Boxes.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS*
• Raven Heka reserves the right to require a signature at the time of delivery on any shipment.
• UPS and USPS reserve the right to request a signature on any package they are responsible for delivering depending on value of items, insured items and drop off destination.

RETURN POLICY
   SALES ARE FINAL – WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURNS.

• You must Contact Us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) that you would like tor return your item(s).
• Once you have authorization on the return, we must receive the item(s) within 7 business days from the time of authorization.
• If there is a broken item, wrong item or such concern, please Contact Us before returning the item.
• Purchaser will pay the shipping and insurance costs for return items plus a minimum of 15% restocking fee on return.
• Returns are by UPS, USPS Priority or Regular Mail: please ask before shipping a return on method of return, as insurance may be necessary.
• Full refund of purchase price of items (not including shipping, insurance costs and restocking fees) occurs upon return of the item in its original condition.

UNDELIVERABLE, UNCLAIMED, REFUSED AND LOST PACKAGES
• If your order is returned to us because UPS or USPS is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address; you are not available for delivery; refusal of package or unclaimed package:
1. You may have the package reshipped. You will need to pay re-shipping charges in addition to any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us.
2. You may cancel the order for a refund of items minus shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us will be applied.
• Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.

ADJUSTMENT TO ORDER:
If you email us to adjust your order by removing an item(s), there is a 10% restocking fee before refund. To waive the restocking fee, you may receive a credit on your account.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES:
There is a minimum of 10% restocking fee. Please note that we will not pay shipping on the return or reshipment.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:
There is a minimum of 15% restocking fee if the order has been packaged, labeled and ready for shipment, or has shipped and it returns to us.
• If there is immediate cancellation after you placed your order and we have not pulled the items, packaged and labeled, there is only a 10% restocking fee.
